Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
1/2 frozen banana
1 c pumpkin puree
1/4 c pecans
2 tsp cinnamon
1 T chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 inch knob of fresh ginger
1 scoop collagen peptides
1-2 c milk of choice (I use @milkadamiatypically) depending on how thick you like your smoothies
